Welcome to Old Line Golf Club! By using our facilities and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Waiver of Liability. Please read them carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
By following the policies listed below, we can ensure that Old Line remains a premier destination for all who visit. Thank you for your cooperation and dedication to maintaining the integrity of the Club.

1. Definitions
a. This agreement is between the Flamingo Ventures LLC (“Management”) d/b/a Old Line Golf Club (“the Club” or “Old Line”), with facilities located at 302 Harry S Truman Parkway, Suite E, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 (“Premises” or “Facility”) and the signing party.
2. General Use and Access
a. Use of the indoor golf simulator bays and access to the Facility are subject to availability and require a reservation.
b. Access to the facility is limited to members of the Club (“Members”) and their guests (“Guests”). Access to the Facility will only be permitted with the booking of a simulator bay reservation.
c. Reservations may be made through yourgolfbooking.com accessible via oldlinegolfclub.com (“Booking Portal”) or in any other manner set forth by Management. An access code will be provided through the Booking Portal. This code will allow access to the Facility within one hour of reservation start time. This code is to be shared only with the individuals listed on the reservation.
d. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants under the age of 18 (“Minors”) must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. After 8pm, no one under the age of 21 is permitted to use the Facility unless expressly permitted by Management.
e. All users acknowledge and accept that the Facility may be under constant video surveillance.
f. [Members may be provided an orientation session by Management or its delegates (“Staff”) upon joining the Club or at other intervals. Members are responsible for adhering to (and ensuring their Guests adhere to) the guidelines provided during the orientation session.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
a. Reservations can be made online via the Booking Portal.
b. Cancellations and modifications to reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Repeated failures to cancel or modify reservations within this time period may result in temporary or permanent loss of privileges to use the Facility at Management’s discretion.
c. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund or extension of session time.
d. Management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings for any reason.
e. Members are permitted to extend session provided the simulator is available for booking on the Booking Portal. Extensions must be booked on the Booking Portal.
f. At termination of a reservation (the time of which will be stated on the reservation in the Booking Portal), users must exit the bay immediately to ensure the bay is ready for the next member.
4. Safety and Etiquette
a. Immediately report any accidents, hazards, or rule violations to Management
b. Only one person is permitted to swing in each simulator bay at a time to ensure safety.
c. Swinging of the golf club is permitted only within the confines of the simulator bays. Swinging outside of the confines of a simulator bay is expressly prohibited.
d. Use of the simulator is limited to golf-related activities; other sports or inappropriate use (in Management’s sole discretion) is prohibited.
e. Ensure the hitting area is clear before swinging.
f. All shots must be directed at the golf simulator screen.
g. Refrain from touching or tampering with the simulator equipment and technology. Immediately inform Staff of any issues with simulators or the Facility.
5. Cleanliness and Maintenance
a. Maintain the cleanliness of the golf simulator bay and surrounding area.
b. After using a simulator bay, ensure it is left clean, devoid of trash, personal belongings, and ready for the next guest.
c. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee or termination of access privileges.
6. Attire and Equipment
a. Spikes are NOT permitted. Spike-less golf shoes are permitted. All footwear must be non-marking and close toed.
b. Users should bring their own golf clubs. Such golf clubs must be free from defect. Users are solely responsible for the safe functioning of any equipment they bring to the Club. Availability of rental clubs cannot be guaranteed.
c. Please clean the face of the golf club before simulator use.
d. Please use clean golf balls. The screen is white and will easily show dirt.
e. Clean golf balls must be used to protect simulator surfaces and equipment.
f. Management retains the right to inspect personal equipment for adherence to the policies discussed in this section.
7. Food and Beverages
a. Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas. Food and beverages are NEVER permitted within the confines of the simulator bay.
b. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
c. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
8. Memberships and Packages
a. Memberships and prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
b. Membership benefits and packages must be used within their validity period as communicated by Management.
c. Membership is a privilege, not a right. Violations of the terms and conditions may result in temporary suspension of privileges and/or termination of membership in severe cases.
d. Members are responsible for ensuring their Guests comply with club policies.
e. Old Line reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time for any reason.
9. Guests
a. Guests are permitted and encouraged to enjoy the Club with Members. Each Member is responsible for the behavior and actions of each of their Guests.
b. Only Guests listed on a reservation will be allowed to access the Facility.
c. A Guest may not visit the Facility more than twice in a calendar month regardless of hosting Member .
d. Guest fees are $25 per guest per reservation.
10. Facility Maintenance and Closures
a. Old Line reserves the right to temporarily close the Facility for maintenance or upgrades.
b. Users will be notified in advance of any scheduled closures whenever possible.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. Old Line reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
b. The most current version will be posted on the Club’s website.
12. Liability and Waiver
a. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LOSS
i. I acknowledge that all activities at the Premises, at any time, including the activities of the released and indemnified parties, the activities of the releasing parties, and the activities of third parties, are potentially and inherently dangerous. I knowingly and freely assume all known and unknown risks on behalf of myself and the other releasing parties, including, without limitation, all risks of injury, damage, and/or death.
b. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
i. On behalf of myself and my heirs, I hereby agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Old Line Golf Club, its owners, members, employees, agents, and any other affiliated parties from any claims or liability arising from my use of the Premises, including, but not limited to, injuries caused by negligent or reckless conduct.
c. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS
i. I acknowledge that indoor golf and related activities involve inherent risks, including physical injuries, property damage, or even death. I understand that these activities can result in injuries ranging from minor to severe, and I expressly assume all risks associated with participating in or observing these activities.
d. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
i. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and that of any minors under my supervision. Old Line Golf Club is not responsible for any damage or theft of personal property, including golf equipment, electronic devices, or other belongings.
e. CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE
i. I agree to maintain the cleanliness of the golf simulator bay and surrounding area. After using the space, I will ensure it is left clean and ready for the next group. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee or termination of access privileges.
f. INJURIES CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES
i. I acknowledge that I or others may be injured by actions of third parties while on the Premises. Old Line Golf Club is not responsible for injuries caused by other participants, and I agree not to hold Old Line Golf Club liable for such incidents.
g. PERSONAL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
i. I agree to be responsible for any damages I or my Guests cause to the Premises, including but not limited to simulator equipment, furniture, or other property belonging to Old Line Golf Club. I acknowledge that any damages will be charged to the payment method used at the time of booking.
h. ARBITRATION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER
i. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the matter shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with Maryland law governing the proceedings. I waive my right to a jury trial.
13. Code of Conduct
a. Respect for Others and the Facility
i. Treat Members, Staff, Guests, and equipment with courtesy and respect.
ii. Any behavior or language that could be deemed discriminatory, offensive disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate may result in immediate removal from the Premises and cancellation of membership without refund.
iii. Abide by posted rules for specific areas.
b. Cleanliness and Maintenance
i. Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
ii. Maintain the cleanliness of the golf simulator bay and surrounding area. After using the space, ensure it is left clean and ready for the next group.
c. Dress Code
i. Always adhere to the club’s dress code. Prohibited apparel includes anything that could be deemed discriminatory, offensive disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
d. Confidentiality and Privacy
i. Respect the privacy of other Members and their Guests.
ii. Refrain from photographing or recording others without their consent.
e. Commitment to Excellence
i. Provide constructive feedback to Management to help improve services and facilities.
14. Revocation of Membership
a. Old Line reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership and/or access to the Facility at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: failure to comply with these terms, causing damage, or behaving in a manner that jeopardizes the safety of others or yourself.
15. Electronic Signature Release
a. By signing electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature.
b. You acknowledge that your electronic signature indicates your consent to these Terms and Conditions and any related waivers or agreements.
c. The electronic signature process is secure and complies with applicable laws and regulations governing electronic signatures.
